Privacy posture

Applicant data is treated as sensitive business data.

FW Tech is preparing its applicant and management platform around data minimization, private file storage, role-based access, and audit records for sensitive administrative actions.

Data FW Tech plans to avoid collecting.

The applicant experience should not request Social Security numbers, banking information, passport numbers, driver-license numbers, full dates of birth, or classified information.

Account and application records.

The planned platform separates candidate profiles, applications, saved jobs, job alerts, notification preferences, and portal audit events so access can be limited by role and purpose.

Resume handling.

Resumes are intended for private object storage, not public file URLs. Access should require authorization, use temporary download links where appropriate, validate file type and size server-side, and record ownership plus metadata.

Analytics.

Website analytics should remain vendor-flexible and avoid unnecessary personal information. FW Tech should separately record first-party business events for applicant accounts, completed applications, project inquiries, downloads, trials, conversions, and important calls to action.
